#3Speaking from my personal experience, I have not once been able to get through to the NJ unemployment phone call center. I encountered a road block yesterday trying to file something on-line and decided I had to go in person to the unemployment office. I dreaded the thought of it – thinking there would be long lines and disgruntled counselors. Instead, a very supportive counselor helped me and there was actually no line at all. But the relmep-oyemnt center was packed and lots of people were waiting to access one of their many computers.
